Commercial litigation solicitor, Stephen Inglis, has launched Claremont Litigation, a niche commercial litigation and dispute resolution firm based in Leeds.
Stephen, a Solicitor-Advocate, has almost 20 years litigation experience. He trained in the City of London and has been a partner in leading national and regional firms in Leeds since 2008. The 2017 edition of Chambers & Partners UK Guide to the Legal Profession describes him as a lawyer who “has great judgement and gets great results”. He acts for clients across the food, retail and manufacturing sectors including Fullers Foods International plc, Cox Automotive Group and Easi-Lift Loading Systems Ltd.
“My decision to establish a ‘disputes only’ firm in Leeds reflects my belief that there is space in the legal market in Yorkshire for a specialist litigation firm which is driven by results and not process” said Stephen. “Claremont Litigation will provide strategic and commercial advice to clients and will work collaboratively with other law firms who might find themselves conflicted ensuring that existing lawyer/client relationships are respected.”
Claremont Litigation will operate out of Oxford House, Leeds from 21st November 2016.
